About Joyia Legal Corporation

We help you understand your rights, handle your legal matters, and resolve them — in court or outside it.

Why "Courtside"

The name

‹the story behind the Courtside name — a short paragraph from the founders›

Founding vision

The firm was founded to educate people about the law. Most people do not lose a right because they had no case — they lose it because nobody ever told them the right was theirs. Advocacy and facilitation follow from that: once you know where you stand, the next step is a decision rather than a guess.

Our mission

Educate. Legal information should not be a privilege. We run free seminars for schools, universities, jails, orphanages, old-age homes and community groups.

Advocate. When a matter needs representation, we take it on — in cyber, family, criminal, corporate, immigration and employment law.

Facilitate. Registrations, licensing, contracts and filings handled end to end, so the administrative side of a business or a family stays in order.

What we hold ourselves to

Firm values

Confidentiality

Every matter is handled discreetly, and client information is never shared outside the engagement.

Accessibility

Clear language, open fees and a lawyer who answers — legal help should not require insider knowledge.

Community impact

Free legal literacy seminars for institutions and communities that rarely get legal information at all.

The team

Who will handle your matter

Every matter has a named lawyer, so you always know who is handling yours.
